I’ve had this head cold / sinus infection , whatever you wanna call it since like October of 2007.  It will NOT go away.  I have been to the doctor 3 times in since then and have gotten antibiotics each time and another time he just called in a prescription for me.  This has progressed into a full blown nasty infection.

Unlike most head colds where your sinuses will continue to drain and you are blowing your nose constantly to the point you think if you blow one more time your brain will come spilling out, this one has my sinuses just draining down the back of my throat.  So when you think you need to blow your nose sometimes nothing comes out.

This is not your normal drainage either, its forest green in color and its lumpy.  I could try to explain this texture for you but its almost impossible to describe.  Maybe I should post a picture of it.

Oh and did I mention that it has the most hideous smell and taste.  NO, I am not picking it out and eating it, SICKOS.  Since most of the time I cannot blow it out, so I end up breathing in and it just ends up in the back of my throat.

Anyway, now that I have thoroughly disgusted most everyone that is reading this,  if there are any proven home remedies out there I would love to hear them.
