I can't stand when people use that as crutch. It's no excuse for a kid to act like a f*cktard. Accident or not, the window is still broken. The kid admitted to breaking it. Case closed. It's their responsibility. I would never have the gall, if we had a kid and he damaged something, to not take responsibility for it.
