A point system. That seems kind of lame. I agree with you about getting up earlier if you're always late. I worked with a girl who always arrived at work at 8:05. For some reason she could never get there at exactly 8. I use to be on time or early for everything until I met my husband who is habitually late and now it's rubbed off on me. I find myself rushing to get somewhere where in the past I would have had time to spare! In case you didn’t know, I found your blog through DadGoneMad. Same thing - it applies to those who they want to get rid of. Those who are "golden" are also the ones who miss the most days and yet, the points don't apply to them. It's ridiculous. I'm the one in charge of tracking the points and I don't even know why I bother - they only use is when they want to get rid of someone.
