We got about 8 inches of snow overnight Thursday/Friday morning so yesterday was a snow day for everyone except for the Queen, she gets to work from home ( cannot use bad weather as an excuse here ). This is a picture of the twins shoveling off the porch. We are going to be here ALL day.

Side Post to this: I was out there shoveling the 8 inches off snow of the driveway, and I was almost done, well not really ( only had the 2ft of snow the plows piled up at the end of the drive ), when the Boy came out and said he was going to play. I know there is alot of snow and kids wanna play so I had no problem with it. He saw the kid across the street on the his neighbors driveway and went over there. I continued shoveling, I looked up and saw the Boy just standing there throwing snowballs with noone around. I asked him what he was doing and can you believe what he said? ” Christian is asking his Mom if I can help him shovel. ” WHAT!!! HELL NO!!!

Me: If you are helping anyone shovel its going to be me.

Boy: I don’t have a shovel.

Me: Here use this one.

Boy: I gotta help my Dad, ( head down pouts across the street )

Me: ( hands boy shovel and goes inside to thaw out )
